Another week of the NFL season is in the books and many former Buckeyes displayed their talents on football’s biggest platform. Ohio State was well represented this week, and the stat sheets were stained with scarlet and gray.
The Cleveland Browns have fallen to a concerning record of 1-3. This week’s 34-10 loss to the Detroit Lions did not bode well for the offensive side of the ball. Quinshon Judkins was the exception as he was the only member of the Browns offense to score a touchdown. Judkins now has two touchdowns on the season and ranks among the top rookies in total rushing yards. Former Ohio State defensive back Denzel Ward also added an interception.
Emeka Egbuka is undoubtedly leading the way for the NFL’s Offensive Rookie Of The Year Award, and he proved that this week with another impressive performance. Egbuka caught 4 passes for 101 yards, and 1 touchdown. Egbuka leads all rookies in receiving yards with 282.
JK Dobbins has proven to be an effective rusher when he is able to stay on the field. The former second round pick has struggled badly to stay healthy in his time in the NFL with the Ravens and Chargers, but Dobbins has appeared in every game so far with the Denver Broncos. Dobbins shined on Monday night, rushing for over 100 yards on 16 attempts.
The Buffalo Bills are looking to make it over the hump and conquer the AFC this season. The Bills remain unbeaten through four weeks after defeating the New Orleans Saints by a score of 31-19. Former Buckeye Joey Bosa got in on the action with one sack. Saints linebacker Pete Werner had 3 tackles.
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. bounced back this week after having a disappointing start to his second season. The Cardinals fell to the Seattle Seahawks but Harrison Jr. had 1 touchdown on 6 catches for 66 yards. Jaxon Smith-Njigba added 4 catches for 79 yards to place himself second in total receiving yards this season.
The high school football season is heating up, and the stakes are getting higher as teams battle for a chance to win it all. Several future Buckeyes are putting it all on the line to keep their playoff hopes alive for another week. The Southlake Carroll Dragons improved to a perfect 8-0 record on Friday […]

34-0 was the result, but even the shutout score doesn’t paint the full picture of this dominating performance. The Badgers (2-5, 0-4) only had 144 total yards on offense for the game. For comparison, Ohio State QB Julian Sayin had 169 yards passing in the first quarter alone. The No. 1 Buckeyes (7-0, 4-0) came […]
