As Michigan hits its bye week, the Wolverines face a harsh truth — the 2025 season is slipping away. Despite sitting at 7-2, Michigan’s offense has sputtered under Chip Lindsey, and freshman quarterback Bryce Underwood has struggled to meet impossible expectations. Head coach Sherrone Moore now faces mounting pressure as the Wolverines find themselves ranked just 21st in the first College Football Playoff poll. With three games left, Michigan must not only win out but do so convincingly to keep its playoff hopes alive. Anything less, and questions about Moore’s leadership — and Michigan’s offensive identity — will only grow louder.
