The 2025 season is now 10 weeks in, and the stakes are getting higher each week. Teams are figuring out who they are, and other teams might as well start preparing for the NFL Draft in April. Week 10 was filled with big Buckeye moments. Let’s recap all of it.
The Cleveland Browns fell to an abysmal 2-7 record after losing to the Jets by a score of 27-20. This is the nail in the coffin in a season that died a long time ago. A host of former Buckeyes competed in the matchup, most notably, Browns safety Ronnie Hickman, who recorded 4 tackles and 1 interception.
The Seattle Seahawks offense could not be stopped as the team improved to 7-2 with a 44-22 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Denzel Burke played one of his best games as a pro, recording 5 tackles and an interception. Cody Simon was handed a larger role this week after linebacker Mack Wilson Sr. was ruled out due to injury. Simon converted 6 tackles and handled communication to the defense. Simon was the Buckeyes’ green dot last season. Seahawks wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught 5 passes for 93 yards and 1 touchdown.
The New England Patriots are 8-2 under the direction of former Ohio State defensive lineman Mike Vrabel. The Patriots defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-23. Rookie running back Treveyon Henderson is finally getting his chance to be a difference maker, after several key injuries to the New England offense. Henderson dominated, rushing for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns. Buccaneers wideout Emeka Egbuka put up 6 catches for 115 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
The New Orleans Saints had something to celebrate this weekend as the team picked up its second win of the season. Chris Olave was excellent in the win, catching 5 passes for 104 yards and a touchdown. The Saints defense held down the fort, as Pete Warner converted 6 tackles and Chase Young converted 3.

The Buckeyes continue to dominate the recruiting trail, this time with 2026 tight end Nick Lautar. The Lebanon, OH, native flipped his commitment from Louisville. Lautar becomes the 27th member of the Ohio State 2026 recruiting class. The Buckeyes place 7th nationally in the recruiting rankings. Lautar is the lone tight end in the class […]

Jeremiah Smith wasn’t dominating defenders as usual; he was dominating the pregame buzz. Listed as questionable, his status sent shockwaves through the Buckeye faithful.
