2026 ATH Legend Bey has flipped his commitment from Tennessee to Ohio State. Bey held offers from other schools such as Texas, Georgia, Notre Dame, and Oregon. The Texas native attends North Forney High School.
Legend Bey is a name that has garnered a lot of intrigue from the media for his extraordinary athleticism. A multi-sport athlete, Bey posted 100-meter race times of 10.23 and 10.73. Bey has been featured in just about every offensive skill position in the North Forney offense, accumulating over 4,000 career rushing yards and over 3,500 passing yards. While his expected role on this Buckeyes offense is unclear, I believe we could see Bey in a role similar to that of Xavier Johnson a couple of years ago.
Bey is the 25th member of the Buckeyes 2026 recruiting class and the 5th commitment in 8 days for Ryan Day and his staff. This recent surge in recruiting is a sigh of relief in the eyes of many Buckeyes fans. The defending national champions had been on a cold streak but appear to be hitting their stride. With the early signing day approaching on December 18th, the Buckeyes are looking to finish the class strong.
