The future of the NFL is in great hands as former Buckeyes continue to prove their worth on football’s biggest stage. Hard hits and miraculous plays are made each week with the same attitude and enthusiasm that defines what it means to be a Buckeye graduate.
The Tennessee Titans’ young season continues to take a turn for the worse as the team fell to an abysmal 1-5 record after the 20-10 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite the lack of points scored, the Tennessee defense put up a valiant effort that was headlined by Dre’Mont Jones, who finished the game with 5 total tackles and a sack. The former Buckeye gives Tennessee a much-needed veteran boost and should continue to provide support to the struggling franchise.
The New England Patriots are back and better than ever. Mike Vrabel has his former team at 4-2 and tied for first place in the AFC East with the Buffalo Bills. Vrabel was hired this offseason after spending time with the Tennessee Titans and the Cleveland Browns. The former Buckeye is back in the driver’s seat of an NFL franchise and appears to be thriving.

The third-year wide receiver was simply unstoppable against the Jacksonville Jaguars, catching 8 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. Smith-Njigba currently leads the entire NFL in receiving yards and continues to blow away the competition.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers star wideout Emeka Egbuka went down on Sunday with a hamstring injury in the first half of their win against the San Francisco 49ers. Egbuka is expected to miss some time with the injury according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. This is a huge blow for the Tampa Bay offense as Egbuka was in contention for the NFL Offensive Rookie of The Year Award and ranks fourth in total receiving yards in the NFL with 469.
Emeka Egbuka was not the only Ohio State wide receiver to go down on Sunday, as Garrett Wilson left the game against the Denver Broncos in London with a knee injury. The Jets star underwent an MRI following the loss and is expected to miss multiple weeks, according to Adam Schefter.

34-0 was the result, but even the shutout score doesn’t paint the full picture of this dominating performance. The Badgers (2-5, 0-4) only had 144 total yards on offense for the game. For comparison, Ohio State QB Julian Sayin had 169 yards passing in the first quarter alone. The No. 1 Buckeyes (7-0, 4-0) came […]
